Estimated Delivery Times

 Within Riyadh: Delivery is typically completed within 1 to 3 business days from the shipping date, with the possibility of same-day delivery for some areas based on availability.

 Other Cities and Provinces of the Kingdom: Delivery takes between 2 to 5 business days from the shipping date.

 GCC Countries (Gulf Cooperation Council): Delivery typically takes between 5 to 10 business days from the shipping date.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouses, you will be provided with a shipment tracking number via email or text message (SMS). We collaborate with accredited local and international shipping companies to ensure accurate and direct tracking service for your order's journey.

Delivery Responsibility and Data Accuracy

Liora's responsibility begins from the confirmation of purchase until the shipment is handed over to the designated shipping company. Please make sure to verify the accuracy of the delivery address and mobile number before completing your order; the store is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery resulting from the entry of inaccurate information.

Failure to Receive the Shipment

In the event that the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer's unresponsiveness or absence at the specified address, the shipping company may return the shipment to our warehouses, which may incur additional re-shipping fees to be borne by the customer.
